The group supports officers and members who are responsible for services related to the maintenance, management and construction of both social housing and civic buildings. Recent meetings have addressed issues such as mobile working, void management, reactive repairs, service improvement, joint purchasing, procurement, health and safety and training. Suppliers often attend to update the group on new product and service developments. The group also addresses performance networks issues.
