2018's APSE Scotland Building, Housing and Renewables seminar will feature fantastic speakers across a wide range of relevant areas for local authorities including: debating the future of affordable housing, looking at the use of alternative fuels in the delivery of services, reducing fuel poverty, the benefits of apprenticeships, how local authorities can establish strong partnership working arrangements, the latest developments in the renewables sector and how councils are using this technology to benefit their communities, and many others.

The event also hosts the annual APSE Scotland Building and Housing Apprentice of the Year awards and the newly introduced Margo Blair awards. The winners will be announced at the annual dinner on 22nd February 2018.

Accommodation rates

Thursday 22 February (1 night B+B subsidised by APSE) = Single £70, Sharing £50 per person

All accommodation costs and personal charges incurred at the hotel are payable
upon departure.

Please note that all hotel bookings at this event must be reserved via APSE as the hotel will
not accept any direct bookings at the above special rate.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: Reservation is a contract. Substitution of delegates is acceptable any time in writing by post, email to Lmcnab@apse.org.uk or fax to 01698 200316. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 10 working days before the event and will incur a 20% administration fee.  No refunds can be given for cancellations received less than 10 working days before the event or for non-attendance. In the unlikely event of cancellation by the organisers, liability will be restricted to the refund of fees paid.  The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme, speakers or venue should this become necessary.
