Epilog Sequel is intuitive and easy to use, with a comprehensive masterfile system which allows commonly used information, such as death places, funeral directors, grave types, etc, to be selected from drop downs rather than typed in. The search mechanism allows for simple searching of records based on a wide variety of criteria, such as name, date, number, grave number, applicant, lease date, and more. Mailmerge features allow letters, forms, and worklists to be produced in bulk with record information automatically filled in.
Epilog 3.1, our latest system, offers the same high level of functionality as previous versions, which includes

Utilising the DJI Matrice 300 RTK drone equipped with an L1 Zenmuse sensor, we can create a survey-grade 3D model of each asset, while also collecting and recording high-resolution optical imagery.
The collected data is analysed to estimate carbon stocks and sequestration levels of trees within each facility's grounds. This information is invaluable for councils' carbon offsetting initiatives, providing insights into the role these green spaces play in absorbing atmospheric carbon. Specifically, we monitor each tree's growth rates, trunk thickness at breast height, canopy area, and canopy density. Combined with species data, we provide accurate biomass estimations, and therefore carbon storage values. Repeat surveys facilitate the plotting of this data and provide sequestration rates for each tree, aiming to substantiate internal carbon offsetting using these assets.
Further, data is gathered to determine the leaning angles of headstones, a crucial factor in maintaining safety at each facility. By identifying potential instability issues early on, preventative maintenance can be scheduled efficiently. We also create high-resolution maps of the graveyards using the data from the drone surveys. These maps will aid in more effective management, planning, and navigation within the graveyard sites.
All drone operations are conducted by our team of fully qualified pilots, who strictly adhere to safety standards and Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) compliance at all times.
