APSE is an experienced research body delivering research to a range of organisations. APSE is often commissioned to provide research for external organsiations with clients such as the TUC or our member councils.
The nature of the research can be tailored to the specific needs of the client and can include survey work and analysis, interviews and case studies, literature reviews and differing methodologies to suit our clients needs. The research team dedicated to a particular piece of research is carefully selected from APSE staff, our academic partners and professional associates ensuring that our clients have the right team in place.

APSE (Association for Public Service Excellence) is a not for profit unincorporated association working with over 300 councils throughout the UK. Promoting excellence in public services, APSE is the foremost specialist in local authority frontline services, hosting a network for frontline service providers in areas such as waste and refuse collection, parks and environmental services, cemeteries and crematorium, environmental health, leisure, school meals, cleaning, housing and building maintenance.
