Our highly regarded advanced level of contract management masterclass is now available in our virtual classroom. This two-day course is designed to enhance your skills in commercial management, commissioning, procurement and contract management.  This course was originally designed in conjunction with Powys County Council and at the request of learners who had attended the Principles of Contract Management (CPD) Masterclass.

This extended masterclass aims to give a higher level of understanding in this crucial area as well as offering a practical overview to operational managers. If you are seeking to improve your skills in this area to face the mounting challenges of managing contracts in a local authority context, this course will equip you with the legal, ethical and practical tools you need to manage increasingly complex relationships with suppliers and providers. Ensuring best value and value added are core components as authorities strive to balance insourcing and contracting-out as part a portfolio of service provision and commercial ventures.

This course has been independently certified as conforming to accepted CPD guidelines. Delegates will earn 10 CPD points from attending the full course and will be issued with a CPD certificate for their personal records.
