APSE is delighted to bring this Building Safety Act masterclass in conjunction with our partners Pinsent Masons. The Building Safety Act (BSA) represents one of the biggest changes to those involved with the procurement, design, construction and operation of buildings in a generation. Additionally, the Building Safety Regulator is a new body dedicated to enforcing this change. This course will help local authority colleagues identify how these changes will impact on the ways in which buildings are managed and the responsibilities with which you need to comply.
