This CPD certified masterclass is designed to support those with facilities management responsibilities who want to develop their competencies and build the capacity of their services.
The Covid-19 pandemic has placed unprecedented pressures on facilities managers who need to manage contracted services within changing guidelines and circumstances. This course will help you to hold contractors to account; improve your FM in-sourced services, contracts and systems; and navigate challenging times.
APSE Training, in conjunction with specialist associates Steve Gladwin and Anne Kinder, is offering this skills development masterclass to raise awareness of best practice in managing a range of facilities. The course will include a number of case studies and exercises that will explore the management of both in-sourced and out-sourced facilities management services.
The content of each course will be tailored to meet the requirements of the service sectors attending and may include a range of aspects including: property management, building asset management, cleaning services, compliance management, roles and responsibilities, IT systems, contract management, management of FM teams, gathering stakeholder feedback, procuring and mobilising new contracts.
