Carbon Pricing

This paper is written for local authority officers and councillors to help you to understand the discussion around carbon pricing, the regime currently in place, how we arrived at this point and to outline the potential expansion of its remit in the future to possibly include local government functions.

APSE (Association for Public Service Excellence) is a not for profit unincorporated association working with over 300 councils throughout the UK.
