Join APSE

If your council is not a member of APSE you can enquire about membership using the form below. Once a council is a member of APSE we do not limit the numbers of contacts within the council who can receive APSE information and advice, such as our briefings service, access to network queries, advisory groups and even our area based support services, such as networking and events.  You can read all about our service using our service directory.  Membership is subject to APSE’s constitution as we are owned by our member local authorities.

 

How much does it cost?

APSE operates on a not-for-profit basis so our membership costs are kept as low as possible. Our fees are based on population size and council type and each area of APSE charges a small fee which support more local activities or activities that are related to UK Governments administrative areas which includes Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the English regions  of Southern, Northern and Central. APSE (Association for Public Service Excellence) is a not for profit unincorporated association working with over 300 councils throughout the UK. Promoting excellence in public services, APSE is the foremost specialist in local authority frontline services, hosting a network for frontline service providers in areas such as waste and refuse collection, parks and environmental services, cemeteries and crematorium, environmental health, leisure, school meals, cleaning, housing and building maintenance.
