APSE Energy will be holding our annual Summit in Glasgow on the 22nd and 23rd October 2024. The event is free for APSE Energy members and is a great opportunity to learn from other local authorities and our partners, with presentations covering a wide range of topics. 

Our annual APSE Energy Summit in Glasgow is back and the aim of the event is to ensure officers and councillors from local authorities have the chance to keep up to date with a vast and dynamic agenda.

Discussion sessions, speakers and partners will cover a range of issues and the informal element of the event means that delegates have the chance to discuss and learn amongst themselves.

The Summit is a chance to really engage with the sector and catch up on what is happening across the energy, climate change and sustainability agenda in terms of government initiatives, case studies, good practice and market trends.

Every Scottish, English, Welsh and Northern Irish local authority that is an APSE Energy member will be entitled to 2 free places with no delegate fees and no charge for meals nor overnight accommodation. We suggest an officer and a councillor attend but the choice is up to you.

Delegates from all local authorities across the UK are welcome and the content of the summit will be appropriate for all.

There will be lots to learn from the experience and expertise of the speakers and discussion amongst delegates for anyone with responsibilities in terms of energy, climate change and service provision.
