Local Government Reorganisation: A series of roundtable events
Free to attend for all member authorities
With County and District councils devolving and the move to unitary authorities becoming imminent we recognise there may be a growing demand for support through this process. Our goal is to provide vital support to councils through this process and equip you with the tools and insights necessary for a smooth transition.
The APSE Solutions team will be hosting a series of online roundtable discussions, each lasting approximately 90 minutes and each focusing on a key service area.
During these sessions, we aim to explore:
- Opportunities for merging services
- Reviewing and optimising combined assets
- Strategies for amalgamating depots and staff structures
- Identifying challenges and developing actionable solutions
These events provide an opportunity to engage with industry experts, share best practices, and gain valuable insights into the devolution process.
