Exploring the emerging policy issues of devolution with the announcement of a Cities and Local Government Devolution Bill. The event will also explore the implications at a strategic and economic policy level as well as the frontline service issues of housing, health, the local environment, jobs and skills and local economies and the legal framework to enable local government frontline services to be part of the solution on these big strategic issues.
