APSE Energy Online Summit 2021

This year, APSE Energy’s ‘Big Energy Summit’ will take place via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th March, 10am – 1pm, both days.

This event is free to attend for all APSE Energy member authorities, with no limit on the number of places per authority. Non APSE Energy members are welcome to attend for a small fee, detailed below.

This event runs over 2 half days, with a mix of knowledge sharing and case study presentations. Speakers will include local authority officers with experience of implementing individual policies and projects, as well as other relevant organisations, consultants and researchers. All will be talking about topics related to the local authority climate change/sustainability/energy agenda, with an aim to inform delegates about the latest projects underway, approaches taken and products and services available.

We understand that local authorities have a role to play to address this agenda but may not have the capacity to fulfil that role. Our aim is to support our members to be more informed and to learn from others across the local government sector, and this event is a perfect opportunity for that.
