The theme of the Summit is ‘Energy Local’ with a focus on supporting local authorities with the renewables, energy efficiency, climate change and sustainability agenda. You will hear from expert speaks on topics such as heat networks, EV charging, green finance, skills & training, community wealth building, engaging with the local community and many more! The Summit is a chance to listen to expert speakers and ask them questions, as well as network with colleagues from local authorities across the UK.
We understand that local authorities have a role to play to address this agenda but may not have the capacity to fulfil that role. Our aim is to support our members to be more informed and to learn from others across the local government sector as well as providing a chance for them to showcase the work they have done and the benefits for their local communities and economies.
