APSE Energy is hosting an event in collaboration with the Hydrogen Energy Association in Bradford on Wednesday 22 January 2025.
This is a great opportunity for APSE Energy members to learn how hydrogen can and is being deployed to achieve local targets around carbon reduction, air quality, growth etc. You will hear from local authorities regarding their motivations to deploy hydrogen and their practical experience in progressing hydrogen production projects and deployment locally.
It will foster knowledge exchange and networking amongst local decision-makers who are at different stages of their hydrogen journeys and help you to finesse your strategies in this area. There will be a mixture of formal content, panel discussions, audience Q&A and networking. As well as hearing case studies from local authorities, the event will also explore practical considerations around planning and infrastructure.
The event will include: a presentation from Bradford City Council on its practical experience in deploying a hydrogen production project, a panel discussion looking at the considerations around local deployment of hydrogen and a case study showcase of a hydrogen project, alongside opportunities to network with local authority colleagues and industry experts.
Lunch and refreshments will be served.
