Content

Water is a valuable asset as a source and a repository of heat and is a tool for use by those local authorities looking to take forward the municipalisation of energy.

The speakers at this workshop will explain the context for accessing underground water for heat, how it might be used, consider the engineering, operational, financial and policy perspectives and refer to case study examples.

This event will be run in conjunction with the British Geological Survey who have a range of experience, skills and products which can benefit local authorities.
