Heat Networks as part of the solution for decarbonisation

This publication is written for local authority officers and councillors to help to inform you about the benefits of heat networks. The document provides some initial information to help you to investigate opportunities to develop a heat network. It is clear from the information and case studies presented that there is an opportunity for local authorities to develop heat networks as part of the solution for decarbonisation.
