Building Cleaning
This group covers the full range of issues related to the delivery of a high-quality in-house building cleaning service. Areas covered include; facilities management, staffing and resourcing, equipment and chemicals, productivity and performance. Schools and corporate cleaning is addressed - along with options such as ‘day-time’ cleaning and management of relationships with clients. Marketing, selling and tendering cleaning services to a broader market also features highly at group meetings.
