Central
APSE Central region represents local authorities across both the West and East Midlands, with a mix of Counties, Districts and Unitary Authorities. Members include the cities of Nottingham, Leicester, Birmingham, Stoke-on-Trent and Wolverhampton and the Counties of Derbyshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire and Warwickshire.
Bonni Jee is the APSE Principal Advisor for the Central region.
He is based in APSE's headquarters in Manchester, but has a strong affinity for the region having studied at the University of Nottingham and regularly visits the area for work and leisure. His previous work in environmental consultancy has regularly taken him to the West Midlands and in his free time he enjoys walking in the Peak District.

APSE (Association for Public Service Excellence) is a not for profit unincorporated association working with over 300 councils throughout the UK. Promoting excellence in public services, APSE is the foremost specialist in local authority frontline services, hosting a network for frontline service providers in areas such as waste and refuse collection, parks and environmental services, cemeteries and crematorium, environmental health, leisure, school meals, cleaning, housing and building maintenance.
