• The process you apply daily, weekly and on a seasonal basis.
• % of HGV drivers and loaders allocated holidays on each of the above.
• Temp recruitment periods (start and finish) and whether temp employees or agency staff are recruited 
• Whether you apply a % of holidays that have to be used by certain periods of the year
• Allocation/sign off process of holidays at short notice
• Whether holidays be carried over or drawn forward
• % of employees you assume as sick on any given day 
• Whether you have a rolling rota for holidays in and around the Festive period and whether you approve same % holidays at this time.

Seatbelts/harnesses for Fork Lift Trucks and similar equipment and stores

• This authority uses various different Fork Lift Trucks and similar equipment in their stores environments and is looking to see if other members who have similar equipment enforce the wearing of restraints i.e. seatbelts/harnesses etc.?
• HSE and PUWER98 stipulate that restraints must be worn but certain industry providers of this equipment say they don’t. How do you manage this situation?
