Our state-of-the-art facility in Leicester spans over 50,000 square feet and is equipped to convert 8,000 to 10,000 vans annually. The site also features on-site storage for over 1,400 vehicles complimented by our sister site in Scotland and an expanding network of partners nationwide. 

Electric Vehicle (EV) Expertise

We recently completed our single largest order of 2,028 eVivaro vans for Openreach, marking a significant milestone in their journey towards a zero-emissions fleet. Our specialised capabilities include a dedicated EV conversion hall, 25 on-site EV chargers, and a team of over 100 technicians, all trained to a minimum of IMI level 2. This infrastructure allows us to efficiently and effectively handle high-volume EV conversion projects.

Durable and Sustainable Van Racking Systems

All our racking is engineered to be durable, lightweight and is crash tested with safety and compliance in mind. Engineered to endure two vehicle lifecycles, these racking systems are both reusable and transferable. This flexibility enables them to be easily removed and reinstalled, supporting fleet operators in achieving their sustainability goals.
