    Through APSE’s Network Query service staff and councillors from member authorities can circulate a query across the Association’s 250+ member authorities to ascertain feedback on matters of service delivery.   Previous queries have sought feedback on commercialisation of services, example business cases and governance and procedure for local authority trading companies.     APSE coordinates a wide range of benchmarking services, collecting data on service income and expenditure across 15 Local Government service areas.   190+ local authorities share data through Performance Networks, comparing performance across a wide range of performance indicators covering cost, quality and productivity measures.
