APSE has announced it Service Award finalists for 2013. The prestigious local government awards recognise excellence in local government frontline services.
Announcing the finalists, Councillor John Kerr Brown, APSE National Chair, said “Whether emptying bins or sweeping streets or providing good school dinners for the UK’s children local council frontline services are there day in and day out for their local communities. These awards recognise those frontline services are leading the way in UK public services, and deserve national recognition for their contribution to local neighbourhoods.”
