APSE performance networks is the largest voluntary public sector benchmarking service in the UK. It enables more than 200 local authorities and other organisations across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales to share information, manage performance, improve, innovate and excel. Performance networks has been collecting performance data on key indicators for frontline service areas since 1999.
