• Explanation of ‘family groups’
• Customer satisfaction surveying
• Introduction to the data collection templates and how to use them
• Data completion etiquette 
• Further support and involvement

Pre recorded sessions now available to view at your leisure

We offer live data completion training twice a year, once in June, following the release of the updated templates, and again in January to support the second data collection period.

The sessions are recorded and available to view at your convenience via the training pages of members' web portal, offering flexible, on-demand access whenever it suits you.
