APSE Solutions can provide interim managers for all council service areas from its large pool of experienced and highly qualified people.  The service is available to all local authorities and as a member service it can be accessed by APSE councils whether or not they have corporate arrangements in place.  We have worked with most of the big master vendors and are happy to go through neutral vendors where required.
