- Major Contracts Review of Private sector Contracts for an authority whilst leading Procurement function and delivering 15% cashable savings in a 5 month timeframe Interim management/change manager role for a County Council creating and implementing transformational change, delivering efficiencies/streamlining, development of arm’s length trading company/Local Authority Trading Company (LATC) options and contract options review.
- Achieved significant cashable efficiency savings whilst in post in excess of the directorate targets and provided further opportunities for delivering streamlining with the support of the trade unions.
