ExperienceThis associate is a successful strategic and operational manager with considerable experience in transformational change, feasibility studies, project and contract management, strategy development and partnership development. She also has experience of substantial resource management including buildings, staffing and financial management and has strong leadership and communication skills having successfully managed a variety of front line services including theatres, concert halls, leisure centres, community facilities, and a castle whilst also undertaking Capital investment projects at the sites. As an APSE associate she has shown a proven ability to transform services and motivate staff to deliver service improvements. She has an in depth background in Culture and Leisure Services from local authority, private sector and voluntary sector perspectives and is experienced in implementing service transformation improvements. Her strong partnership and enabling ethos together with her excellent communication skills have supported organisations to develop alternative service delivery options. As well as her considerable experience of championing Leisure and Cultural services at a strategic level she has experience of undertaking community and staff consultation exercises, undertaking research and demand analysis and of developing locality based, as well as regionally based, business and service plans as a result. |
