This associate has a depth of experience across the broad Cultural, Leisure and Parks sector in having worked in a number of high profile and challenging roles for authorities across the UK.  As an experienced APSE Associate he has provided interim management and consultancy support to authorities undertaking efficiency and service reviews, organisational transformation and service improvement, always delivering tangible outcomes for the client. With a strong track record in change management, improvement, service re-design, transformation and success across a broad range of services, he also has led a number of initiatives that have gained national recognition.

With proven leadership skills and excellent client references, he has delivered a diverse range of outcomes, providing options and solutions and has the ability to think and work at a strategic level whilst maintaining a close focus on service delivery impacts and outcomes.This associate is a skilled Associate with the ability to quickly and effectively engage all stakeholders at both a strategic and operational level.
