Experience
This associate became involved with APSE’s Performance Networks benchmarking service from its early days and has since assisted in the development of the “streetscene” services and has facilitated a number of workshops at national seminars. He has also undertaken many projects for the consultancy around service redesign and productivity in those services, amongst others, for authorities all over the UK.
