This associate is one of the UK’s leading authorities on environmental services and has been working with APSE for more than 4 years. During this time he has helped scores of authorities to develop their services. As an associate member of APSE, he has supported the development and maintenance of environmental services performance networks for many years. With a proven background as a senior manager in environmental type services, he has supported numerous LA clients across a range of service areas, through parks & open spaces, waste, regulatory, the transformation of frontline services and commissioning using alternative delivery models LGR, BV and other Government initiatives, with the common theme to constantly improve Performance and Efficiency. He has supported a number of authorities in their reviews (across a range of services), with particular emphasis on ‘benchmarking’ and planning for Service development / improvement.
