This assosciate is an award winning interim and HR/OD professional who has been working with APSE for over 10 years supporting local and central government clients to transform services and deliver sustainable performance improvement focusing on leadership, people management, developing internal capability and a culture of continuous improvement and inclusion. Uniquely an HR professional who understands and has successfully transformed frontline high-profile community services who specialises in delivering complex change, aligning new ways of working to better outcomes. Pragmatic and commercial who works sensitively and collaboratively with all stakeholders to implement service/organisation wide innovation and will get to the root cause of difficult people issues. The assosciate is currently leading and developing the new Corporate Service Performance Network Benchmarking work for APSE which will help improve the performance of Central Services.
