This associate is an experienced interim manager and consultant with a track record of successfully supporting local authorities as they develop their commercial potential. As well as providing strategic advice on the formation of trading ‘arms’, he has wide experience of developing robust business plans for the commercialisation of specific services - from crematoria and community alarms to property/asset management and CCTV services.

He has a proven track record of working closely at Board level to deliver ambitious change strategies by building organisational capability, managing critical stakeholders and providing leadership for individuals and teams.
