Experience

Independent consultant with a breadth of experience to Board level; underpinned by more than 30 years’ experience across a range of sectors within the Hospitality, Visitor Economy & Facilities Management Industry. Successful strategic and operational leader experienced in change, project and contract management, strategy and partnership development.
 
Substantial resource leadership experience including buildings, staffing and financial management. Strong leadership and communication skills having successfully led and developed a diverse portfolio of frontline services, shared services and capital development projects. A specialist in stakeholder engagement, consultation and partnership development with a demonstrable track record of delivering savings and efficiencies through innovation and creativity.  Direct experience of leading large multi-disciplinary teams and interfacing with complex client bodies (often within a sensitive local political and social environment), L/A, 3rd Sector, national and regional organisations and institutions.
 
A collaborator, strategist, forward thinker and networker, comfortable engaging at all levels across organisations either at home or Internationally.   Recognised within the Industry she is ambitious, energetic with high levels of enthusiasm and drive and described as a ‘peoples’ person’ with the ability to engage, motivate to achieve great outputs.
