Strong leadership and communication skills having successfully led and developed a diverse portfolio of frontline services, shared services and capital development projects. A specialist in stakeholder engagement, consultation and partnership development with a demonstrable track record of delivering savings and efficiencies through innovation and creativity. Direct experience of leading large multi-disciplinary teams and interfacing with complex client bodies (often within a sensitive local political and social environment), L/A, 3rd Sector, national and regional organisations and institutions.
