Over the last 7 years this associate has led significant cultural change within the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities resulting in improved relationships within Local Government and national Governments, and across public private and third sectors, all focussed on making tangible differences to communities and improving outcomes. For 8 years prior to that this associate led significant improvement and cultural change across Argyll and Bute Council, and its key strategic partners to create a clear, ambitious vision for the area, backed up by genuine commitment and determination to deliver improved outcomes for communities.
