The demands of your time working in a local authority and public service have never been greater. Deadlines seem to be shorter; yet more tasks appear on your desk or inbox to be managed as well as your day job, thus increasing your workload.
APSE training has revised this popular time management course to be delivered in our virtual classroom. This half day skills development course will help you learn how to give yourself a head start on your day and achieve the most out of it through better time management. This will not only help you to manage your time effectively, but also relieve the pressure and stress put upon you.
Learning Outcomes:

This course will be delivered online via Microsoft Teams. To access it, you will need a WiFi connection or mobile data hotspot. Downloading Microsoft Teams to your laptop, desktop or smart device will give a better performance and greater functionality throughout the day. This highly interactive training includes a mixture of presentations, video conferencing, group work, games, quizzes and video.
