Now online, APSE training is offering this popular supervisory skills course for team leaders across all frontline services.
This one-day skills development course will explain what is meant by team leadership and team building. It will give direction to supervisors in developing staff, to provide an improved frontline service, across all local authority sectors.
The course will also consider a wide range of issues faced by supervisors, in these challenging times for councils, including health and safety and customer service.
Learning Outcomes

This course will be delivered online via Microsoft Teams. To access it, you will need a WiFi connection or mobile data hotspot. Downloading Microsoft Teams to your laptop, desktop or smart device will give a better performance and greater functionality throughout the day. This highly interactive training includes a mixture of presentations, video conferencing, group work, games, quizzes and video.
Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
This course has been independently certified as conforming to accepted CPD guidelines. Delegates will earn 5 CPD points from attending the full course and will be issued with a CPD certificate for their personal records.
