About the seminar
In the last few years, building safety and keeping tenants safe in their homes has been brought into sharp focus with a series of tragic events. As a result, the UK, Scottish and Welsh Governments have set out an ambitious programme of major reforms to building safety and standards that will drive lasting cultural change in the design, construction, and management of buildings.
This seminar brings together a range of expert speakers who will outline the implications of the of legislative changes to local authorities and demonstrate how council’s building maintenance services are responding.
