Epitaph’s objective is to provide paperless administration for cemeteries and crematoria. It links seamlessly with our HeritEDGE digital mapping service and our InspectEDGE memorial inspections app. Epitaph includes online bookings for funeral directors, DocuSign for paperless cremation and burial application forms and a live feed of funeral service times to your website.

HeritEDGE enables staff and the public to quickly locate a grave or garden plot. When used outside on a mobile or tablet, HeritEDGE pinpoints your location on the map which is essential for memorial inspections and the public to locate memorials and graves independently through your website. 

Our clients benefit from disaster recovery and escrow as standard and they enjoy being looked after by our experienced team of ICCM qualified staff members, who provide, support, training and guidance and back data entry of registers. Our Epitaph team is led by Peter Linsell DMS, M.ICCM(Dip). Peter’s extensive knowledge of cemetery and crematorium management, gained in over 25 years working in the field, is available to clients as part of our service and on a consultancy basis as an APSE approved consultant. 

EDGE are certified as carbon negative, so we do not add to the carbon footprint of our clients. Upgrades to Epitaph are risk free because councils can make a direct award to the Everything ICT procurement framework, providing authorities with a guarantor and removing the need to go to tender.
