This seminar is an ideal opportunity for officers, elected members, local authority partners and trade unions interested in the delivery of long-term solutions for promoting the wellbeing of residents, employees and the community. This forum hopes to show how local authorities working in partnership with a variety of stakeholders are setting clear aims and objectives through strategies and actions to improve the lifestyles and health of their local populations, using their statutory powers to protect and achieve positive outcomes.
The event seeks to showcase case study examples to demonstrate how local authorities and organisation are facing the challenges in their communities’ head on are providing solutions to some of these problems.
