APSE performance networks is the UK’s largest data benchmarking service for local councils. It provides an effective mix of cost, quality and performance data.
Helping local councils improve frontline services, APSE performance networks has developed a set of bespoke indicators for Northern Ireland councils. This is supporting them to deliver their new responsibilities under the Local Government (Northern Ireland) Act 2014, including the new performance duties under the Act.

Promoting excellence in public services, APSE is the foremost specialist in local authority frontline services, hosting a network for frontline service providers in areas such as waste and refuse collection, parks and environmental services, cemeteries and crematorium, environmental health, leisure, school meals, cleaning, housing and building maintenance.
