This worldwide successful company manufactures vehicles and equipment designed to assist safe, comfortable & dignified travel. The focus is on products and vehicle conversions for passive drivers. This includes Protektor occupant & wheelchair restraint systems. FutureSafe wheelchair occupant head & backrests. Smartfloor M1 aluminium system floors and Smartseat single seats which guarantee safety while driving .Award winning wheelchair lifts, ramps and steps facilitate comfortable access to the vehicle.
AMF Bruns considers the safety of wheelchair occupants of paramount importance. This safety is key in all product & safety innovations. AMF Bruns have invested in an in house test centre that is designed for research & approval testing. Smartfloors are M1 certified according to UN/ECE R14, R16 & R17. The Protektor 2.0 range of wheelchair restraints comply with all international standards, the DIN 75078, 1 & 2 as well as the ISO 10542 standard.
AMF Bruns UK are based in Manchester. We are able to provide full support and service throughout the UK & Ireland to vehicle bodybuilders, Local authorities, NHS Trusts, Motability UK et.al.
