Automotive Software Solutions was formed in 2018 by industry professionals with over 60 years combined experience in multiple automotive disciplines including leasing, rental, remarketing, captive finance and manufacturers.

Our customer sectors are wide ranging and include motor insurers, logistics providers, fleet management companies, auctions and legal firms to name but a few.

Our first product launched in 2019 was Vehicle-DNA, a vehicle data and provenance tool that was developed to assist customers in fraud  investigations, vehicle purchasing and vehicle sales.  Our system incorporates a wide range of data sources that we bring together in a single, easy to use application using our own UK based development and support team.

FleetBuddy, our newest product has been built on the foundations of Vehicle-DNA and our driver licence checking service to support fleet managers in the management  of Grey Fleet driver compliance.

FleetBuddy incorporates the 3 key elements of driver, vehicle and insurance in a single desktop application. The system is highly configurable using rules, workflow and escalation processes that enable the Fleet Manager to focus on the critical aspects of daily fleet management.

FleetBuddy aims to reduce administration for the Fleet Manager whilst ensuring the pro-active management of risk using the Fleet Manager dashboard and automated messaging and escalations.
