These prestigious awards are for all local authorities and their public-sector partners across the United Kingdom recognising your frontline services teams as well as your special initiatives.

The Categories for the 2023 APSE Service Awards are: -

• Best Workforce initiative
• Best Housing, Regeneration or New Build initiative
• Best Efficiency & Transformation initiative
• Best Health & Well-being initiative (including Social Care)
• Best Public / Private Partnership Working initiative
• Best Collaborative Working initiative (with other public sector or third sector)
• Best Commercialisation & Entrepreneurship initiative
• Best Community & Neighbourhood initiative (this could include special projects such as warm hubs, support for vulnerable families and friends of parks groups etc)
• Best Innovation or Demand Management initiative
• Best Climate Action or Decarbonisation initiative

How to Enter

Unlike many local government awards the APSE Awards are UK wide so they are open to APSE member and non-member councils from across the UK. It is also FREE to enter. 

To register your interest and receive an application please complete the form below.

Deadlines

Notifications due in by Friday 31 March 2023

Submissions due in by Friday 14 April 2023

Confirmation of entry sent out no later than Wednesday 31 May 2023

We aim to let successful applicants know if they have been shortlisted as finalists by Friday 28 July 2023

The Awards Charity Dinner will take place in Northern Ireland in September 2023 (confirmed dates and venue TBC)
