Customer satisfaction surveys are a valuable tool in your authorities communication with service users to monitor your service across a range of stakeholders. There is an obvious need to measure stakeholder satisfaction, to enable you to understand perceptions, opinions, and preferences and use them to improve your service quality and value.
Being able to engage with stakeholders, to identify and analyse their satisfaction levels enables you to build improvements into your service delivery plan.
Performance networks are pleased to announce that we are launching a reinvigorated portfolio of Customer Satisfaction Surveys. Carried out online, we will set up your survey, send you the link and you can distribute across your chosen network.
The team here will then consolidate responses and send you a report at the end of the collection period. You also have the option to access the live responses, so you can view feedback in real time.
Your customer satisfaction survey can be done on an annual basis and will feed into PI's on the reports (subject to sample size).
