- Staff absence
- Customer satisfaction
- Human resources and people management
- Quality assurance and community consultation
The following data is also provided for environmental health:
- Net cost of food standards service per head of population
- Total number of category A, B and C premises per FTE
- Inspection/operational staff cost per head of population
- Average time (days) for completion of a service request
- Net cost of noise service per head of population
