Local Government Reorganisation

We have designed a new module to assist councils who are facing re-organisation to monitor their performance over the transition period.  

The new 'PN light' edition is a high-level set of KPI's drawn from some of our tried and tested measures and is very succinct, reducing the data collection effort required.

The model allows you to 'opt-in' and 'opt-out' of selected measures so you can tailor this to your local needs.  This is being launched in April 2026 and a training session to support members will be held in June 2026.

APSE (Association for Public Service Excellence) is a not for profit unincorporated association working with over 300 councils throughout the UK. Promoting excellence in public services, APSE is the foremost specialist in local authority frontline services, hosting a network for frontline service providers in areas such as waste and refuse collection, parks and environmental services, cemeteries and crematorium, environmental health, leisure, school meals, cleaning, housing and building maintenance.
