An application programming interface is a way for two or more computer programs to communicate with each other. It is a type of software interface, offering a service to other pieces of software.
In a LAMS context, this can be used to pull your streets or grounds inspection data from the LAMS App and update records in your back office asset management system. Your IT team can easily set this up or, if you prefer, we can arrange this for you. If you are signed up to the bbits Love Clean Streets Service, this is automatic.
