Service specific data support sessions

To mark the start of a new data collection year and in addition to online generic data completion training sessions already available, we held service specific data support sessions in July and August this year. 

The sessions focussed specifically on each service template, with the trainer navigating through each template tab explaining how to complete each section, where you can find the data and why it is required.  These sessions provide an opportunity to members who are about to embark on data completion for the first time or possibly part way through the template and need guidance, to join a working session to ask questions and get specific guidance on their template.

Now the sessions have taken place, we have edited and uploaded each recording to the members web portal, to enable users to view relevant training at their leisure.   If you are a PN member and registered on the portal, you can download the training sessions via the web portal training section.

More live sessions will be scheduled at the start of the next data collection year in June 2025.  If you would prefer a live session with one of our trainers, please email the team and we will make arrangements for that.
