Members of APSE performance networks service can access performance reports and profile information on other member councils throughout the UK; this helps our members drive performance improvement through tools and techniques such as process benchmarking, data drilling and networking events and workshops to compare data and performance.
What reports do members get access to?

- Summary reports (which contain all data submitted throughout the year and includes data ranges (highest, lowest and average), analysis by country, trend analysis and participation information.
- Direction of travel reports
- Case studies on good performance and improvement
- Additional comparator reports which can be tailored to the needs of individual councils
- Access to the performance networks members only web portal
- Free online data completion and validator training sessions
- Peer support or assistance from experienced members from other local authorities
- One to one training from APSE principal advisors
- Dedicated support line during the data completion process
- Facilitated benchmarking meetings run by APSE’s team of experienced principal advisor staff
- Process benchmarking meetings to look at how you can deliver your service at reduced cost or increased quality or preferably both
